This chapter was established almost 10 years ago, when it is know by a former name, Laser and Electro-Optic Society, LEOS. Since then, this chapter has grown with supports from local experts in photonics field.

Our upcoming major event this year is the 3rd International Conference on Photonics 2012 or ICP2012.
